Mr. Wellappili I'd like to ask few questions from you before I ans your comments...

1. You said that what happen to the pivot points if NEST hit by 100,200,300,...
Ok that fine. If so, let me explain according to your knowledge how does NEST impact on the ASI for it's further movements & pivot points?

2. Where were you when market falls within last two years? According to your comments someone can ask from you, if we buy NEST when other stocks are selling will ASI or pivot hitting up by 100,200,300,.. can you explain it?

3. What do you know about the ASI calculations?

I'd like to accept your challenge if you give better answers for my above questions.

[Be genuine & respect others before you put your comments on the wall...]

Thank You.

I think now you all having a good understanding about the pivot point index if you follow this post
from the beginning. But keep in you mind I'm always trying to present this concept in a very simple way to have a better understanding about the index without any confusion. Learning the concept is very easy but when we are going to apply those concepts in to practicals we can see many observations according to the market situation. Also, by using a one index we can't predict everything about the market but we can have an idea about what's going be happen in the future.

Conclusion

By looking at the above values, I'd like to say now market is in a very unstable situation. Please don't invest blindly in such a situation. It's near to upside down this trend. Tomorrow we can expect a sudden up trend [like last Friday evening] or sudden down trend at the very beginning of the day & it'll continue further till the end of the day. There aren't any tight resistance or support levels like Friday. Trading above the pivot point is thought to indicate ongoing bullish sentiment, Next Resistance level R1 is at 6,447.87 and Support level S1 is at 6,302.85.

Alternative scenario
Tomorrow we can expect a big green day with target 6500.

Note
If selling pressure is high then it'll drag in to 62.. level very easily. Keep in your mind we can expect a sudden down trend withing the next week.

I appreciate & Noted with thanks to all of my friends who gave me good support, feed back from the beginning to make this effort to success.

Thank You.

S2 6,362.80 ----->> Key Point 4

S3 6,276.59

Conclusion

Today we can't expect a sudden up trend. Because ASI will meet two strong resistance at R1 & R2. But ASI will hardly touch 6500 and there will be a high probability to start it's down trend. At the moment it's very hard to predict the market situation. it's already go beyond it's high levels due to the activities of high capitalization stocks. In case if these stocks falls then it'll effect to the index much than normal. Anyway my concern is now ASI already touched it's higher levels and RSI also set to over bought state [Daily & weekly]. Any way definitely market will set to break this uptrend soon.

Note :

Today we can expect another green day depend on the high capitalization stocks activities, if not ASI will return back to it's ground level again. My concern is on R1,R2,S1 & S2 levels. Currently ASI trading above the pivot point is thought to indicate ongoing bullish sentiment.

Thank You.

Conclusion

This is kind of an uncertain situation & further we are not expecting such a situation again like last year Sad . Currently ASI trading above the pivot point is thought to indicate ongoing bullish sentiment. But, today we can expect an another RED day. As i told you on last week also there is a high probability to continue this down trend further withing the next few days. ASI return back is already confirmed and it's better to watch this market situation very carefully. In case those high capitalize counters fall during the day, then we can expect a big red day & ASI will targeting it's ground level as S1 or S2.

Note

Market will continue this down trend further & my concern is on R1,S1 & S2 levels. But, keep in your mind there will be a high probability to drag the ASI to the S3 level in near future.

Thank You.

ASI is bounce in between the both Support & Resistance levels. Strong Resistance built against the ASI & will push back slowly it to the support levels. This will indicate that still the bull side is strong enough to hold it's direction further. Any way as i mention at the very beginning of this post we can't predict the market situation by using a one index. You should keep in your mind that pivot points are short-term trend indicators.

Note

1. ASI will continue this down trend further.
2. Trading below the pivot point indicates bearish sentiment.

What will happen on Tomorrow... Question
Coming soon...

Thank You.
