We need a big push for 6000 to stay.

Yes, needed some big transactions to get stabilize

Yeah true. This is the warm up session and it's bit hard to push it at once.
But defiantly it will break that target in much confidence...

Thank You.

Good to see forum active parallel to CSE.
Yes, i too in the same view that ASI should pass 6k with bug volumes. we Last thing we need is ASI to be passover 6K and down to 5K again. I also have string feeling that market is gathering its momentum. cheers to all cheers

the transactions just got halted when ASI passed 6000. It was like 'okay it's time for you to dip again'.

Haven't people seen enough of this 6000 barrier?

Once that is taken out, look out for 6500 this year...

On what basis u calculate this barrier in two decimal? I just simply follow my heart intrusion mostly- pbly from experience as others. Do u use any technical emperical formula?

6005.90 is the highest level reached by the ASI during the past year.

Investopedia explains '52-Week High/Low'
One popular strategy used by stock traders is to buy when price exceeds its 52-week high, or to sell when price falls below its 52-week low. The rationale behind this strategy is that if price breaks out from the 52-week range, there will be enough momentum to continue the price move in a favorable direction.

Alternatively, another strategy is to sell when price reaches its 52-week high on the assumption that price will recede, or to buy when price reaches its 52-week low in anticipation of a value play.

Traders and investors typically conduct additional technical and/or fundamental analysis for confirmation.

To buy, or not to buy: that is the question!

I would be careful with the next 2 days. Certainly not the time to buy some shares.

Good to study strong shares that did not go much up in price.

In those days, it was like a mad bull was on credit steroids. Sure, it was a great time while it lasted.
But today's bull has come back healthier and smarter, after being mauled by a vicious bear... Very Happy

There is always the possibility for a new set of "traders" come in during latter stages of the bull run to inflate prices beyond belief. And the bull to bear cycle will continue.

CTC was swinging the index with trades around 840 and below 800.Finally closed 40 rupees down.Better closing at this level than 6000+ today.Slow and steady is better.

Buying should have been done on end part of December 2012 or end part of February......

The real bull run would commence when the 31st March Financials for most companies are released during mid May 2013

Yes, most probably: Even at 6000, the ASI's upside potential is more than the downside risk.
I would buy at declines.

Okay 6000.83 again. But very weak market activity.

Major mental barrier it seems. Will a bigboy give a push ?

Seems a gradual steady increase without a push. If we can close above 6000 comfortably today we might be in for some fun next week?
