The first impulse breakout sharply corrected (as expected by pro technical analysts) to the trend line which the cse was set to go. The first entry was at arrow one then again another entry at arrow two.
Hope you guys entered at the best time and price Wink Take some profits out and cover your risks and leave the rest in for what ever happens. The next pullback level is what we really needs to be interested in.

Nice to hear from you Gann.

What is you next pullback/restistance level? From the horizontal chartline, is looks like 6100-6150?

Breaking 6000 will be bad I believe?

Thank you slstock.

New support level 5900-6000 area. resistance area 6250-6450. We did see some profit taking by traders last couple of days as expected in that area. The way JKH played is very positive. We may even see a repeat of that in blue chips. All depends on how the big fish want to play this now.

Congrats slstock on your 5000 posts.
Hope the ASPI always remains 1000 points above your post count !
Really appreciate your great work ! keep em comming !!
This is what i wrote on the 25 th april.

Now
As of Friday - ASPI exactly 6250
AS of right now - SLS post count 5238

According to above theory, ASPI will not be lower than 6238 meaning upside towards 6500-6600 possible before a pull back and support at 1000 less than sls post count at that time. step aside TAH, forget the bat and butterfly patterns, pivot points, elliot waves and fibs, the new theorist is in town ! Smile

Haha am humbled.

And i really hope it stays true ( so all of us can get richer) . Or I can manipulate so the theory to stay true ;-) Finally I get my chance to manipulate

BTW , looking at dividend history and some counters that did not move much, I think there is potential for some more upside to certain shares.

There are 2 "C" shares that comes to mind.

ASI is touching 50% fib level which is 6290,RSI 90 which is over heated,so there is a possibility of bit cooling off as profit taking.

On the other hand if interest rate lowered ASI might move to next fib level of 6600.But I personaly believe pullback is better for healthy future.

I'm not an so called expert I may be completely wrong.

Agree.

From several weeks what I believed was around 6300 is something to watch for. Since now we are there we must watch carefully.

Some cooling off ( mainly the one that ran) is healthy for the market at this level.

Thank you gann, pathfinder and smallville for techinical analysis.

In my opinion from common sense and experience, we should see some correction on this week. High caps like COMB, JKH plays a major role. We already seen some profit taking on COMB during last week. But we yet to see it on JKH. If other highcaps start profit taking ASI will obiviously will go down.

Agreed with smallville, I too don't expect market to go below 6000 this time. Very Happy

If high cap stocks like JKH.COMB come down it will drag ASI with it.below 5925 is alarming. If mid caps do well market will remain sideways.

COMB apprecaition was not that great so a drop migth not be huge. JKH is one to keep an eye on.
So far it is played very well.

Actually JKH is too high at the moment.. Some cooling is much needed.

I hope this wont go below 5900 in this situation.
