But, just out of curiosity - Why did you buy odd lot shares?

e.g. I buy some share 25 one day another 25 another day and finally another 50. So can I sell that 100 directly without using odd lots transaction?
me too was thinking of doing what Swan did, as I don't have much money at the moment. But my online system doesn't support odd lot transactions![]()

Vinu wrote:Yes, I just checked and I have that facility. I wonder Why the bid price is so low.Bid price for sampath is around 80Rs.Who wants to sell even small shares for that price?

Does anyone here have any experience purchasing 'odd lot' shares through BMS online trading?
Although the facility to buy odd lot shares SEEMS to be available, my orders keep getting rejected...
Any help and advice in this regard will most appreciated!
Cheers....

The BMS online software is not working for odd lots . Is has lot of limitations. Some one there told me that new software is being prepared. but may take time.
For odd lots you have to contact the advisor at BMs. also I checked the rights purchase option that is also not working.
