It's NAV is more than 50, But traded at 26. Looks their cash flow is getting recovered. Would like to know experts views on this share.

That s sound fundamental . Pbm is CT doesnt like it to go up... Smile

It will only go if mkt become real bullish...

I had this about an year ago and got a profit when I got out.
They pay a decent dividend.

During the past 12 months, CTLD has declared some excellent dividends. These higher dividend payments also indicate the Directors' confidence in the sustainability of profits. I think any share that offers a dividend yield in excess of 4% is worth considering.

CTLD's 'NAV' currently stands at Rs 58.49 and the stock has the potential to reach those levels in due course. Despite being a single location (Majestic City) company, the financials are looking healthy. Use technical analysis to determine when exactly to buy.
