They have 550 capacity vehicle park just assume 500 X 12H x 365 x 50/= = 120. 45 million increment and I assume they have increased other charges also simultaneously.

@Kasun - dont degrade books. if you going to lurn by expirience in CSE . may god help you in your 1st ten years to not become bancrupt. you should read books that are writen by expirinced people . say dont read books wrote people who did not done investing ex - uni proffesor . read books writen by greatest investors say buffet/ peter lynch/ben graham

Most of the apartment clients are suffered from vat burden and Now it has removed from vat by new regime, this is the main reason for price hike and this price may not be reduced bz dividend due by jan-feb 19 and look at the dividednd pay out of last 5 years it is around 42%.

Surely any body will like buy this share in this time.

anyway OSEAS.N is a highly undervalued share.
It has achieved Rs. 2.2 Billion Profit after tax for the 9 month period until the last interim report of September. Their eps also grow about 32% compared to last year. In addition they do have a huge cash and cash equivalent amount which is equal to 1.71 billion rupees.

Also,
P/E = 4.2 which means has a huge potential to grow.
Also intrinsic value is about 34 (I calculated intrinsic value based on eps and potential growth rate) and net asset value also close to 34.
Current price level around Rs. 16.2 is a huge bargain for this share which has at least the potential to grow to the level of Rs. 20 to 24.
In addition they offer an attractive dividend per share which is Rs. 1.25 per share. According to my analysis of different companies in CSE at the moment this OSEAS is the most highly undervalued share in the market other than to REXP.N

Hope they will announce dividend in february this time as well..

OSEA is the most predictable company for reasonable inteligence . i looked at construction reports of
WTC. the building will be there for another 100 years. osea future is bright and it will not go below this prices (i mean 15 range unless there is big natural desaaster which will not happen in SL
