Is it worth buying Brown's beach(BBH). ? Any body has any idea about it? Please share.

right now they demolish there hotel and coming up with new facility.nywy as i know its going to be open in october this year.i hope it will reach higher aftr that new facility open.nywy take ur own decisions.

My idea is other than trading purpose dont buy BBH in these prices. If you wanna do a investment wait its price will come down.

Say it will open coming October. After that it will take one or more years to break even. After that only it can give positive EPS.

Very correct. One company was looking for new hotel projects to diversify the business as all other do these days.

I suggested them to buy BBH from 16-25 using all the funds had and keep it as the hotel they wanted as a minority share holder Since HJ is always good in business.. They laugh at me and didnt do but some body else did it till 30..............now again BBH is good at this level and hope there is a clear double bottom as well.( I dont kw tech.)

It will take couple of years for BBH to make money but Share price wil get adjust immediately.

Its no longer browns beach. Its Heritance Negambo!!

If it is to be a heritance hotel it has be upto the standard of heritance kandalama & ahungalla.

I guess its a good investment below net assets value!!

pls read my below comments..... and now I m collecting this share at this price level for LT purpose.

Another reason for collecting this share is Mr H.Jayawardana has a special interest in this hotel, he used to visit this place more regularly than to others hotels(within the group) when it was in operation.These reasons can influence the management in a positive way...

Futher, Upgrading the standard to Hertance level will help to attract up market guest thus improving the Average room rate.
