Anyone knows any info about KHL Share...............I bought in 2009 @ 21/=
Wonder whether to sell and transfer to other good share....

YES, they never move even in a cyclone type Bull run.
I was holding this over 3 years which was bought at 21/= and got rid of that last month with a loss and invested in COMB.
I partly set off the loss with the gain of COMB.

Me too

I have around 6k shares AVG around 19.
Max - 31.75, Min 10.00 Shocked

I'm not worry about the share prices as when i get them i never thought sell back them in quick. during the period i didnt heard much good news about KHL but losses in overseas.

but this is a one share that i will hold for long term. im pretty sure KHL will be hidden gem and it will give me reasonable return in due course.

just my way of thinking. pirat

How many shares you brought in ..one msg. seen you brought PAP for 7.90.. in 2009 and holding. KHL for 21 ??? KHL is much not moving share in the market and for me holding is not a good option

Who knows it's not loosing game in long term.
2010 rights was a disaster.
it needs a considerable time to take momentum. btw, if we country is stable and political situation is good we could expect good return in long term.
It may be 2-3 years or 8-10 years Sleep

SERV has some teething issues.

1. Sound proofing is not good as inhouse guests are disturbed in their rooms.
2. Staff not trained well.
3. Still some constructions on and around the pool going on even in May although supposed to be finished.

Also according to reviews its ranked below Cinnamon hotels, Hilton, Galle face etc so they are not up there http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g293962-Colombo-Hotels.html

Their website is slow to load and some links like http://thekingsbury.lk/meetings-and-events

have images that do not show up and was like this for months.
People look at reviews and go to hotels these days especially tourists.

What did actually go wrong here after so much talk about this upmarket hotel. Management should look in to these things.

it can be gem may be 2-3 tears or 8-10 years... It can be fine.. but same can be applied for another moving shares..so has to take a decision to hold on this or playing with moving shares.
