I dont know why such a reputed company cant make a profit of 150m per year with above 2b revenue.

very good question my friend arena.

I do small business I calculated my PE

My revenue is almost 1milion
my monthly net profit is almost 100k
my company PE less than 1
how is my idea do you buy it?
(don't worry I payed tax)

Nop

how did you calculate this PE. Your business need to have a mkt price to calculate the PE.

For that u need to have No.of shares also. So if You think entire business as a whole then you have one share eith 100k EPS.
So of you put PE of 10.................
Your company value will be 1m.............Are u agree to sell it at 1m is the question and brand names assets if any

The Jilmart said is already done in lot of recent IPOs SHL,Expo an all.....

Anyone has contacts with ABAN ? Do you know anything of the below. I want to know whether the high earning can be sustained in the future. There was restructuring in 2011.

In anycase looking at past few years consistent Annual Eps of 20 or more is possible with NAV at 135 now.

I am not sure about Rs 11 each quarter though.

How came annual EPS of 20?? This share was trading above 350 level at about NAV of 85 and EPS of 25, now NAV about 135 and EPS of 36... Even 250 is fair valuation... For last three years this company made fair profit between 16-38 where as pre 2009 it made lost. The possibility of getting EPS of 45 for 2013/2014 year is more likely than getting EPS of 20 as far as its growth concern after its restructuring... Consider BFL scenario...
