Yes slstock ... I also bought this at 94 level and sold at 145 level. Good profit. But my fair value of this is 130. If we buy from top the risk also on top. I bought it to sell at 130 level. But with the continous appreciation I could sell it 145 level.

based on what value entered and exited one can't say a counter overvalued. you have to see the latest reports to value it.

Mkt price can be any thing. 100 or 500.

But the valuation is different. But mkt always correct. Lets wait and see. Yesterday more than 100k traded which is quite significant.

Lets wait and see............

ABAN P/E is less than 5 so can not see this as overvalued. The thing is this ran from like 90 beginning of May now giving the impression the run is over or overvalued.

Don't forget what goes up must come down even though Aban, Cabo have shown good results any downward movement can see this coming down at the same pace ....slstock this as well can not be good for new comers and beginners Smile these are illiquid counters and once you get in to them if buying dries up you can be caught on the wrong side of the fence. If you don't have experience be watchful. if you know how to ride the bull then do so by all means....but new comers should be watchful.

Oh yes. There are corrections andshort term down trends.

We need to clearly understand that short term prices can go up as well as down. But will it end up higher than a month ago after the correction and run again? If it does that what make a longer term up trends.

I will hardly think DFCC will come down Rs 100 again even if drops to rs 130. I hope new comers see the difference with Speculatives and fundamentals and short term and long term.

If one can;t hold and prices drop we should not cry. You are called a trader and should take actions differently from a long term investor.

Btw, ABAN can drop maybe upto Rs 140 even if it needs to get out of this over heated trend of 3 days. Sometimes in panic people can over sell so it goes down more. But recall its NAV is 130 atleast.

good but usual advice. no one has come up with a solution (method, pattern, calculations or what so ever) to identify the peak. may be theres no way to do it. just thoughts and discussions only.

1. Abans not worth at 150? why?

2. worth at 150? why?

Thoughts and discussions might be the only method to keep our feet firmly on the ground. method, pattern, calculations always good to identify trends but it might not mean anything when things start to go wrong ....past history is a testament to this. We are sometimes at the mercy of the big boys and no amount of calculations can help us. best way is to try are best to keep our head above the water and try to survive. make hay while the sun shines so to say....

agree. nothing works with cse. thats the bitter truth. when market goes down all fundamental and casino shares goes down. only thing is experience. experience from no where. only from cse. Very Happy

If u can hold it. Else sell it and walk away.. You dont need any alalyser to find fundamental. Go and check their financial statements. I know the guys who is behind to this run and I know where it is heading to if the mkt can in uptrend for next 6 months. That is y I mentioned since it was in 90..

Before this thread gets out of hand.

New comers : If you not an Investor ( like short term trading and do not have holding power) and not sure how to figure out trends do not get into ABANS or any other share that ran a lot. Else people will cry later after a week saying they bought at higher price and ask when it will go up again.

We mentioned so many times when ABANS was trading at Rs 90-100 .

After a share runs, it can come down due to selling. By how much nobody can exaclty say. But if the share has fundamental value it will go up with time again. Notice the pattern of LLUB. For years it was trading between Rs 160-190. now it is Rs 350. It might drop butit very unlikely it will go back to Rs 190 as it has fundamental values.

The main Issue is forum is full of short term people who want quick profit and can't bear to see a share drop.

Very few long term investors are here and when we talk about l investing people mis interpret as they have short term trading goals and blames if a share goes down in short term

Honetly how many of you are here to buy a share for 3 year investment?
