LLUB

Last traded price = Rs. 316.70
NAVPS as at 31/03/2013 = Rs. 37.80
Annual EPS for 31/12/2012 = Rs. 19.06
PE = 17 times
Dividend yield = 11/316.70*100 = 3.4%

LFIN

Last traded = Rs.132.50
NAVPS as at 31/03/2013= Rs. 79.94
Annual EPS for the Y/E 31/03/2013 = 24.58
PE = 5.3 times
Dividend yield = 6.50/132.50*100= 5%

I know that I'm comparing 2 companies in two different sectors but just see how much LFIN is undervalued and attractive at this price.

LFIN is vulnerable for GOLD trading. where as there's no such risk for LLUB. LLUB is ever growing company. even without monopoly for there products there doing really well in the mkt. Foreigners are buying in to this share. This was in the top 10 foreign buying list for last week.

LLUB always gives u a very good return and this will continue in future as well. just wait and see.

I have a different kind of thought...

LLUB is a fundamentally great share. So in the 1st phase of the Bull run we will see LLUB flying.
Next stage will come to Lfin deserve a valuation more than 200+..............There will be a time for every share. Wait and hold........

This report is good to understand the LLUB business and their operations.
I think they doing good with the 50 % -70% market and 30 % GP margin.

But I also believe its little bit overvalued share. Around 300 levels I m comfortable..

According to LFIN report they have taken adequate steps to mitigate the loss arising from the vulnerability of gold.
There was a thread recently showing how LFIN has managed the risk. I am waiting for LFIN's big day.

It seems LLUB will produce better results in this quarter than last quarter, I expect EPS around 30 in this year. So with 15 EPS and 3 % dividend yield it will reach 450 with in one year. I am a bit confused about current sellers of LLUB.

Just think of current value of LLUB.....
Decide your entry....... and enter at your price.....
If your entry price met by you....
Then don't worry about LLUB's Future or Yours Future...!!!
Just give some time for LLUB!

Even if your entry price bit high... don't b too much worry.....
Its matter of TIME!

450/= is bit optimistic, but 400/= is very possible.
Even a very conservative graham formula gives a intrinsic value of 418/=
#19(8 + 2x7) = 418
@taniya1111 wrote:

LLUB RSI hit 98.03 on 4th June.
This is a record high in CSE and a sell off is imminent because of that.
Not everybody is out there for long run Very Happy
However less than 700k shares were traded during the sell off.
In my opinion, LLUB will settle around 300/= and
start to pick up with the dividend announcement next month.

Turning from 301 would give the important support to run to 400.. Sometimes 450 in months to come... But 400 is the real target.. There'll be pullbacks afterwards..

At least that's what chart says Razz

No, you are too late if you were there for short term.
LLUB gave a sell signal on 5th while the price was 355/=
Now it has come down by 17% from the peak.

@celtic tiger
I entered @ 180/=, I'm still re-investing my dividend on this.
And keep in mind, dreaming does not work in CSE.
http://forum.srilankaequity.com/t29104-good-long-term-buy#170941

@mark
They were in the buying side during the sell off,
Foreign holding @2013-06-03 : 35,723,655
Foreign holding @2013-06-10 : 36,280,949
Sell off was around 640K and foreigners bought about 500K
