After heavy trading in end of May it was dropped to 28 today. I feel this is time to buy some for shortterm trading. What do you think and appreciate your comments...

Seems no one intrest in CTLD. Anyway if it pass 32 again today there will be lot of post Shocked

.

Anyway at least Slstock & KDDND can you two share some exprience with me..

Honestly speaking ... I haven't had any interest or trading with this counter.....
So no idea of this!
but i saw trend of trading this counters a bit recently...

CT Land seems very undervalued.
The actual negative impact from some of these new proposed malls will be limited and thats even if they ever get built. The parent companies seemed to have too much debt and that is not a good sign but with the cash infusion from selling the Tile business that should help the company and the overall group.And the results are still showing a good trend from leasing demand and finally getting the tennants to pay their own electric--even the parking garage is a bit of a gold mine. Also CT Land has recently been upgrading/expanding the higher floors? and the movie areas--this will also help alot. And they have put some money into the theatre division of the group and a housing/real estate group company.These investments--particularly the improvements on the higher floors and the investment in the theatre chain will likely work well.
But as with many Sri Lankan companies---news and progress of these investments is skimpy in the current and future Annual Reports. Overall the stock seems very stable at these prices and is worth close to 50 rps a share.

Thanks for comments friends. I start collecting @ 27. No idea to jump straight to CTLD and suppose to collect quantitywise. Had some homework too. Planning to shortterm trading. Hope a winning end...

For me, short~medium term, buy <26 sell >32.

Agreed with you hunter. Im not 100% sure about the turning price of CTLD and that is why I decided to buy quantity wise. In the some kind of drop I can avarage the cost. If it fallen to below 25.60 on tomorrow I will buy more quantity. Hope exit between 32-35.

The safer and less stressful way to engage is to wait until it settle down at the bottom; then wait further for it to start some up movement; then buy systematically 'pre planned' quantities.

Its going up but I only have small quantity. Never thought it turn this quickly. Market also gaining some points.

During the last years or so with CSE....
with some burning, waiting & struggling....
i too like ..... coming to a conclusion almost same like you said...
its by my own experience......
but when you also saying that... it is like reconfirmation of the result!

Thxx...... now its time to do try it practically....

I think the company does not have improved towards wealth. And It declined towards.
