Touchwood PLC and or the Maloneys are responsible for $40 million plus of investments in Agarwood and Bamboo in Thailand. this was sold in the name of Touchwood PLc (although in reality it was Roscoe Maloney and his Swarma who are chairman and ceo of Toucwhood). I am leading a group of investors now trying to recover their money after Maloney's crass management bankrupted the company. The only things Touchwood is good at is losing loads of honest peoples money.

There is a very bad reputation growing toward Sri Lankans among the forest investors and their families in Thailand due to this TWOD case. Sri Lankan "crooks " word is used.

This is very bad for our country.

Who is this Maloney fellow ?
Is he a Sri Lankan ?

Those days, when they initially started this business in SL,  we were told that he was a reputed expert came from abroad (HK or somewhere) and married a SL girl called Swarna.

Now he pose as a Sri Lankan.

For any Thai person reading this : Maloney is Not a Sinhalese or Buddhist  name .

Internet says: Maloney is a surname of Irish origin.

I do not endorse this share - I am only against the blackening of names without proof!

I have VERY clearly stated my stock recommendation which were:

TJL, NTB, AEL, CSD, LLUB

All of the above I can justify
