Just write if you own or not. No big deal, mods are having a tough time, sometimes they may get it wrong, but overall they have done well. Close to 10,000 registered users !

You have completely  misunderstood and overblown this Celtic Tiger.

If you look at Backstage history, does he qualify as a person who is using this forum for personal benefit only or to cause harm by spreading false info over time? I think not. There is no restriction here to discuss shares that you own . ELse most will not write anything at all. But there is a way to do it.

Still confused?

Just identify the few people I tried to hint in the other thread. Go read their post history over several months. Compare with points I made. It should make clear to you what has happened and is happening

I dont think anybody needs to learn rocket science to identify a promoter here.. LOL..

So just dont be too negative for the information laid here to prevent all of us from getting caught to fraudsters..

Use ur brains first...

My meaning was they are coming to attractive levels, and to stimulate a discussion on any bargains on offer, that's all. with month end now there will be some good pickings on offer. Lets not let this promoters ect argument inhibit us sharing information. I have learned so much from here and made some profits due to the generosity of seniors in the forum. And its been discussed to death in other threads. lets get back to stocks.Smile

I agree since of late the only topics here seem to be about promoters and tricksters etc lets stay focused and discuss the reasons for the fall , where is bottom out level, what are the good pickings. New comers you need to stay focused now and look at value counters ....funnily the forum gets highly activated and has huge traffic when the cse is on the up??? this baffles me bears are very good for entering. I think Lankans will never learn....once the cse bottoms out and starts moving up again retailers will be scratching their heads for number 1. buying higher and selling low and 2. for missing good buying opportunities at lower levels and entering at higher levels to go through the viscous cycle of more losses.....long term players though won't bother ...they must be collecting as we speak.

some time its like this....... could be...

if you ENTERED @ wrong time & wrong price....

u got to hold for long time..... so

YOU ARE LONG TERM INVESTOR! Smile

if you enter right time & right price.....

u get quick gain n profit!
so u sell it quickly...
so you BECOME A SHORT TERM INVESTOR...!!! 8)Cool

hee hee... not for all..

but for some investors ... hee hee like myself!

KDDND you are spot on..... Half the long term investors are holding on unrealised losses. Take JINS for example.....high volumes at 20 in those days

Even DIST large crossings at much higher prices

Even CT Holdings .... 2.7 billion private placement at 220/-

Even Browns .... Large director dealings at 200

Even HNB and COMB ..... also add the SAMP crossings at 230 ( however these will recover)

What about LOLC crossings at 100 after the split....

What about the HVA volumes at 40-50?

I'm sure @sri who shows daily crossings can explain much more
