is it good to buy @530/= level ???....two three weeks ago it went up to 630/= level..

What will happen to Dimo Future ?? any tax reduction is possible in short period or not ? and now a days some fake buy orders in the book 10000@495/= ...

This had the lowest PE one year back. Arround 3X. Now even at this price it 's having a very high PE. Is it logical to think about an immediate recovery?

I wonder why Pathirage (SHL) wants to promote Ford dealership with an investment of 200 million rather buying into DIMO slowly (should take a strategic stake in DIMO).

Ford is not a popular brand in Sri Lanka (unless something will happen similar to KIA with new SUVs).

We can see a clear rift in Sri Lanka's relationship with India during last year or so and chances are very less for things to be settling in the near future.

If you look at government policy towards Motor sector, it's basically targeting Indian vehicles. Kind of "hurt India" policy.

That's why I asked earlier, "Is it logical to look at DIMO?” Of cause if market recovered back as expected towards next week, it can recover and give some return for the bold investor.

I think directors of DIMO should diversify their products now. They should have a Chinese/Korean or a Japanese product in their range. Otherwise they should try to assemble the entire heavy vehicle range in Sri Lanka.
