PCH is a separate company and it does not come under PCHH. But the chairman is looking everywhere to save some money before they declare the bankruptcy. I can’t imagine how he finds buyers for illiquid shares like PCHH and PCP.

Sold in April and disclosed in July !!!! Can someone please enlighten us on the time-frame within which a director must disclose share transactions to SEC ?

PCH accounts have been qualified throughout (even on prospectus) - auditors have verified only P&L and cash flows and NOT BLANCE SHEET. i wonder if NDB also partly responsible for this by promoting/managing an IPO which is not IPO worthy. Razz

pls look at the share holding of on 31-03-2013 with 31-03-2012.
2012/3/31 it come down 63% now 2013/3/31 to 65%
holding has increase.

Selling early and disclosing late is for shrewd Directors, so should we talk abt the company owners and their practices when we know these before-hand Laughing

- more than 15.5 Mil shares sold by Rishan and the Clan and bought only 5 mil back
- About 2 Mil shares of PCH sold be PCHH.
- More than 13 Mil shares of PCH sold by Dynaris Holdings??
BTW, what the heck is Dynaris?

TWOD - 6.6 Mil shares sold by Maloney.

A company that touched the ppl with the pricing structure for PC parts could've gone a long way if not for the shrewd practices and the way they provided services to their customers thinking them as idiots. Any company which is bad in after sales service, as per my knowledge has no existence in this competitive market any longer. Sooner rather than later they would collapse..

Knowing all this drama, anticipating a downfall, dont say that we warned you guys..
