Now the mkt is at over sold position. All technical indicators are very attractive. Foreigners keep on purchasing value stocks. Locals are waiting for a direction as they always did. Locals are carried away by the ASI movement. They want to see all the shares down if ASI is down. I think its time to correct these technical issues. Involvement in JKH is too MUCH FOR THE ASI behaviour.

News like these will boost much needed oxygen to the mkt.

what ever said and done I strongly feel mkt will cross 7000 barrier by Dec 2013. when u carefully evaluate the mkt behaviour for the last two years u can expect that to happen.

Foreigners are buying SAMP, JKH while locals are waiting, because locals believe more on rumours than fundamantals

Foreigners are long term and with a broader vision. Not the locals. Anyways I wouldn't blame them, most of them lost more than 50% of their portfolios trying for a quick gain.

Foreigners do ground level analysis while locals rely on broker advices and rumours. that is the difference.

now broker advice and rumour is JKH will go for a right issue, so people can collect around 200. this is not the reality. Being the holding company JKH will never go for a right issue on JKH.N shares, even if they go for a right issue it will be under the totally separate company created for the project. so it has no impact on JKH shares.

so while locals are confused foreigners are collecting..

Steady behavioral pattern towards market position cannot be expected from locals as long as they chase for speedy & low return within the shortest time. At the right time, advantage is being entertained by foreign buyers at the expense of locals who are not strong enough to hold the market dipping. Whatever, they are not to blamed as no solid structure is placed so far to build up the confidence of locals. As a result. I guess swaying pattern will continue for unknown time before a major break at unexpected stage.
