First I need to know Why you don't like this stock?? COMD ...!!!!

Just I am very surprise .. long time I watch this stock..
NAV is very good...
EPS is very good..
Dividend yield is very very good...
Market price very cheap...
most of the illiquid stock move more than 5 to 10 times of its NAV but this ...?? half price of its NAV...
still most of them never do trading with stock...even 100 or 200...

Tell me the good reason Why you don't like COMD shares ? every forum members answer this question...?
I thought COMD has a very good opportunity to make money ... but long time It couldn't move from 60-70/= level??? why why???

I know only the reason no one interest in this stock .. thats it? other than this reason doesn't effect to push up this stock... thats why I need to know Why you don't like this stock??

I have not studied this share. May be there are better options out there.

NAVPS is high.
However, my valuation formula suggest a share value of 40~80/-

How??? which method are you using...

any how my point is no body(mostly ) thing about these kind of statics to buy stocks... still people try to buy HUEJ...BINN..MIRA...Etc...(lot of Craps) then your valuation formula suggest what price for these craps ..then why people run behind of these....

Even me , most of the time never worried about their value ..just running behind of some stocks ..

My surprise / worried ... Why no body(95%) never interest in COMD..most of them never thing about any fact to buy stocks..but they don't thing about COMD

even COMD is one of good stock for Dividend purpose 4/= per year

good hunter,,, are you thinking everyone thinking of this formula??? then how come more interest in craps ..than COMD???

they have good accumulated fund,,so some time they pay dividend more than EPS.. because they don't loose ..they hold 95% shares.. dividend go back to their account...

I have taken only operational profits into consideration.
Will redo the calculations including valuations.

OK. with the investment value gains, I get a share valuation of 110~155/-.

But how reliable are these valuation gains in the long run is a question.

You need reasons?

1) Though this is below Nav, many it it sector are in the same position

2) Check how COMD shows earnings. Is it pure cash?

3) Future core earning potential (real money ) is limited as of now. EPS and NAV is boosted very year due to ------ ( check for the missing word) valauations

4) In this type of market a sahre may not be trading at true value in any case. I see several illuqid with better cash flow and growth , still stuck much below NAV. COMD is not the only sahre.

However at RS 60 with dividend around Rs 4 this is not a bad share.

So in Hunter's valuation, its valued around 110~155.. Not bad then..

But did we consider the earning patterns and one off gains when calculating EPS???

Yep.
Without those re-valuation gains I get 40~60/-.

I didn't go in to deep to find what those re-valuations are.
What that could be; Land? shares? buildings?

COMD every year asset value and earning per share increasing,
they are giving good dividend every year.

you also right Slstock.. but my surprise..most of them never thing about these facts when they buy stocks .. but long long time no body like to buy this stock ...only if it is move quickly then entering some times.. but they are ready to enter more than worst stocks than COMD

Since 01/04/2012 they have to pay higher tax (28% rather 10%). They should avoid revaluate their building this year.
