@ Humble, when you do a promotion of a share, at least be good enough to disclose your holdings.

So you plan to exit JKH above 300? or is good for long term?
where do you think it will get stabilized?

no dought JKH is a good share. But the only concern at this point they are going for a big investement and how they find funds for this. Will they go for a right issue. If so Jkh price could be come down. Because we have enough resent such examples. The latest one is SERV . befor announcemet of right, price was 16/=.After announcemt it came down close to 10.00. The right price also 10.00. some shares came down even below right price. What will happen to JKH?

as I aware there is no right issue announced for TKYO . It is only a capitalization of reserves.

If My understanding is right, JKH is planning to raise the $850m through a combination of debt/rights issues.
Either will have a short term impact on JKH cash positions and will force the once cash fuelled group to eventually start borrowing. Assume that they raise $550m from debt funding and $300m from equity based funding. The debt funding if assumed to be at an interest rate of 3-4% will add another $22m (LKR 2.86Bn @ USD/LKR 130) to thier borrowing costs. This should in my opinion ideally fuel the SH price downwards as dividend payouts etc will need to be curtailed during the period. (If you are using the DDM) The JANUS fund is also attempting to exit the JKH stake due to better prospects back home. I'd think this share might see a rocky time during the next 2-3 years, however will be a solid long term hold with revenue from the casino and the mixed development project offsetting the temporary drop in profit in the long term

Definition of 'Rights Offering (Issue)'
An issue of rights to a company's existing shareholders that entitles them to buy additional shares directly from the company in proportion to their existing holdings, within a fixed time period. In a rights offering, the subscription price at which each share may be purchased in generally at a discount to the current market price. Rights are often transferable, allowing the holder to sell them on the open market.

Not sure about 300+. Big players playing havoc there. It going up like a rocket and may be will come down like that too...

I doubt it will come down like a rocket, should go past 300 and maybe, downwards as rights are announced.then opportunity buy more.
