For TWOD the buying signal is not there at even 2.3... Still dumping.. The guy need to push this bit down...

Have u checked IS of June Before you make these comments??

Nearly Maleony unloaded about 19 mn shares. The second major shareholder holding nearly 3.7 mn with average cost would have been more than 12 RS.

There is no margin account with significant shares except second holder who hold many years. Then which margin called played up? All small retailers bought this crap in da margin?? If second guy unloaded then 5.5 mn impossible. Their could be a only possibility Maloney unloaded his stake, hopefully rest of them also will be unloaded sooner to start CT another drama...If he will not unload then u cant buy, becz enough risk out there.

Aug 02, 2013 (LBO) - A provincial High Court in Sri Lanka is to hear a petition to wind up Touchwood Investments, a Colombo-based forestry firm, according to a newspaper notice placed by lawyers.

A notice in Sri Lanka's Daily News, newspaper said, a resident of Rajagiriya, a suburb of Colombo has petitioned the High Court of the Western Province to wind up Touchwood and it is to be heard on October 03.

The notice placed by F J & G De Saram, a legal firm said "any creditor contributory" to the firm who may want to support or oppose the action could get a copy of the court petition and be present at the hearing.

නීතිඥයින් විසින් පළකර තිබෙන පුවත් පත් දැන්වීමක් මගින් අනාවරණය වන්නේ තේක්ක ගස් ව්‍යාපාරයේ යෙදී සිටින Touchwood Investments සමාගමේ ව්‍යාපාරික කටයුතු නිමා කරන (Winding up) ලෙස ඉල්ලා ගොනුකර තිබෙන පෙත්සමක් විභාග කිරීමට අධිකරණය සූදානම් වන බවයි.
