CIFL problems are over from next tuesday onwards. Depositors have to accept the settlement plan formulated by PLC and withdraw court proceedings. This is the most reasonable solution for the depositors as lengthy court proceedings will not save anything for them.

A new investor will take over the company with fresh cash infusion.

The new guy speculated to be a person who is already in the finance business with interests in lot of other fields.

Take you decisions based on your risk absorption factor and studying the situation.

Can you provide any evidence? I guess u get caught and compensate ur mind by saying stories- may be true.

But how can they again get reputation among people?

U were talking about price ceiling at 0.7. There were no price ceiling imposed even at 0.8. There were sell orders and no price ceiling applicable for any penny stocks...

I commented on this thread on Friday. Actually I was thinking about to start a thread on CIFL, but couldn't do so with other commitments. Then I saw this thread and thought to comment under it.

Jana1, I think now you have the evidence. CBSL announcement on saturday and articles in todays papers are providing the evidence. Whether I cought in CIFL or not is evident from my last posts. I never hold CIFL for more than 2 days previously. But now I am for some time, and not dispose more than 25% holding for trading. I bought into CIFL on WED and THR on logical reasons, as selling pressure was getting weak. But by friday things were getting positive for CIFL sooner than expected.

So I think CIFL is having more chances to go up than going down. But again, take you decisions based on your risk absorption factor and studying the situation.
