Please note that ECL has nothing to do with Touchwood & PCP.
Those were bought by Ruwan / BAT in a private capacity.
ECL has a stake in BLUE through, E-soft, a subsidiary.

when i scan through announcements of companies i see two categories
1. every year there is one or more announcements on dividends and rarely an announcement of change of directors
2. its reverse

I always select the first category for investments and second INTELLIGENT GAMBLING
