better focus on unmoved ones than moved ones simply because unmoved ones will give highest percentage return.

Thank you.. Colombo City Hotels like GHLL, SERV should do quite well this season with CHOGM coming up I was thinking. Also KAPI is into construction and with lots of development, their net asset value is higher than the current share price.

you are correct but bro those shares already reached their higher price. CLND still may be good sometime buyers will pass it to 50 again but try to buy 40<=. Other thing is make your buy decisions when market are red and all are selling. Better to eye hotel sector so instead GHLL and serv try to buy PEG,STAF...

KAPI alright But already in its net asset value....
CFLB- Not recommended since vehicle and plantation still in its hard time, u could find better shares that this with better earning.

GHLL- Does their earning suffice to boost price? No..

SERV- Management have noidea how they are going to change this company inti profit making..

Asset value is not a matter at long bear mkts.. Earning will drive its share prices....

Yes but if "Asset value is not a matter", you will agree that KAPI is great regardless of whether is reached its NAV

Market isnt trading at NAV - its around 1.5 times - so KAPI should be at 45 by your logic

CFLB - I agree that we have to see the quarterly reports that will be coming out soon. They are restructuring the company so will be interesting. I havent bought CFLB - I just looked into it today. Plantations are doing slightly better and they are phasing out automobile so might be great share if plantations start getting better.

Consistent earning and dividend pay also big matter, Kapi reached asset value is not a matter if it could make Rs-6 per year. But they r not...

Have you noticed the NAV of CIT , CFI , COLO and their current trading prices.

All are CFLB's subsidiaries.

Group's maintaining a superb equity portfolio. My estimate is that CFLB is worth close to Rs 100/-.

Yes if the overall market moves up, CFLB might go to 47 levels because of their amazing equity portfolio
