Luckily My first post was deleted By Admin. But I didnt mention anything wrong their, Just gave a hint regarding this bear run this week. But today it happen ASI drop 20 points, Except some counters all other went down considerable amount.

This is not to demotivate the traders, this is how market behave, it has its own limit of up and down, most probably its controlled in CSE. So do not worry or happy. Market will be good when the controllers need it to be good.

So Happy Trading Smile

Notme - Can't tell exactly can be 6500( be prepared )

knockknobbler - There are some greedy dog in the market, who want you to think market is dull and get your valuables at cheap price. There are different type and they play different ways( better not go behind that )

Bullrun/player - I am agree with you, but remember that it is a dependent factor if you not a manipulator Wink

Finally, what I say is don't follow the crowd, think 1000 time before you buy, after you buy right or wrong never sell it at loss until you have fair reason.

I am sad because of deleting my first post, that could save one's life today. But there is a tomorrow.

Red_Indian, when u say somethin, just backup ur ideas with facts..

We have many posters coming here n say, "market will rise", "market may dip further"... Collect these shares.... So do u think just becuz u created an ID day before yesterday and say something, ppl would take it seriously???

I could've easily written the market may come down to 5900 or if not even 5880 levels before bounce due to the following chart, but I restrained cuz u appeared and giving us directions as u wished.. Mad

Is This a Down Trend or ASI Correction ? Asi10

What I'm asking is; just dont be another joker here.. U coming here and posting something without facts is misleading ppl... Nobody cares anyones gut feeling anymore.. If u have facts behind ur thoughts, we all would like to hear those.
We all have diverse ideas, thoughts that would help each other..

I can't manipulate if possible I would definitely do. My observation is that this down is a great opportunity for those who have buying power.

ONCE OR twice I DID WHAT YOU SAID.
I sold TJL (14) & PAP(2.50) for no reason (not at a lost anyway) with small profit, when I saw a drop in the market.
Next day there were lot of buying and they started moving steadily teaching me a lesson
Here after I won't sell things hurriedly without a valid reason

Red_Indian, when u say somethin, just backup ur ideas with facts..

I am somewhat dismayed  about this  directive / suggestion ,specially as it is  from an "Admn".
A Forum, of this nature,  is a place for conversation. I don't think it is required to elaborate facts, figures, rationale , justification...etc. You can put an opinion, it's  good if you can tell  the reasons.  Even if there is none, I don't think there is any harm. Sure few people take an opinion seriously . but  If some one  is inquisitive , he can always quarry and challenge if he disagrees. Then most of the people will pay attention. That's  the spirit of a Forum , I suppose .

It is said, there are over 10,000  members in this Forum. Nevertheless I see only very few new posts in each day, sometimes less than 5. In that context, it is much better to encourage new posts, even those are mere opinions.

I could've easily written the market may come down to 5900 or if not even 5880 levels before bounce due to the following chart,

By the way, I am somewhat puzzled about this opinion. Does the chart give any validation to the above statement ?

Appreciate your view.. I must say I'm surprised that ur asking me this.. If facts are not required, are we here to promote our stuff? Gossip or speculate??? Cuz then its a clear violation of forum rules. We've, at many places, stated that we dont tolerate gut feeling numbers and Nostradamus posts.. CUZ ANYONE CAN DO THAT....

Most promoters will start writing useless posts indicating their shares gonna run.. simply just to encourage participation and dump with a small profit or minimize their losses. How would you feel talking about shares like BLUE, CIFL, TWOD when those can trap many ppl?? How would you feel if a person you know follows these kinda posts and lose his/her money?

Most of the time, in our past experience, new comers will never ask questions.. They just jump the gun and sell or buy the shares..

The purpose of this forum is to share ideas and learn from each other.  And never at any place we encourage gossip. How many posts u see asking ppl to buy then how many posts with the opposite view? Some ppl say this market is going down so sell everything and collect next month. Then when few days market goes green the same guys asking "whether its good to buy now?" Now u can see what kind of ppl we're dealing here. So if some new ppl, seeing the market going down for few days will start thinking.. hell yeah.. this guy's talking sense..

We have registered 10000 members. But there are many just view our forum as well.
U, being knowledgeable, experienced, may avoid the promotions. But there any many who just take words seriously and either win or lose. Ur view is also correct, when others challenge someones view, a lot of questions be opened, a lot of oppose views can also be brought on to the table.. But what if ppl dont ask questions, what if poster dares to answer?

In contrast, we, as a forum should not encourage ppl to speculate or just let inexperienced ppl down.

Look at these posts for a change, what ppl do with interesting avatars n names Wink

http://forum.srilankaequity.com/t28134-csf-is-about-to-sign-an-mou#164946

The above is just an example. We also had another chap who tried to teach us market behaviors cuz he got ipones and many gifts from investors in Dubai for his actions. The person was telling us he was in Dubai actually when he was in SL. U can see that we've got many funny guys here tooo..

On the other hand, these are actually forum rules.. There any many economical, political, emotional, etc... factors that take the demand-supply curves haywire. Wouldn't it be nice if someone elaborate his thoughts in a more proper manner?

We dont see many posts now-a-days but that's better than mushroom posts without any fact but has a name of a share on subject line.. There's nothing to read even in those..

In that chart, u could see the Fibonacci retracement I've drawn from the September dip to October peak.
23.6% support line falls on 5888.72. So that's why I said, I could've easily given the support as 5900 (mental support) or 5880 before a bounce. We've already seen its touching 5900 and going up.

knockknobbler = Hats off for your idea but we can justify what we explore using our knowledge and experience but we cannot justify or give evidence what we feel. thats what I felt and it happened. I am not mis leading people. I said What I feel but its your money, i never prompte or demote anything. But these small things cant understand by the people who identified themselves as "ADMIN"

smallville : Sorry Finally I took the decision to reply you. Anyway I am not a Joker here and I don't want to be a one. I appreciate your technical knowledge Because i dnt have much knowledge. But as I said here we have a controlled market where fundamental stuck and crap promoted. So using Your knowledge could you tell us some counters what did you buy and exit with profits last two years. ????

in the stock market

Actually they do not know what is happening

Mr. Red, ur just pathetic in ur understating and blame admin for censoring.. Dude its our duty to safeguard the forum.. If someone baselessly says something and it triggers market manipulation to a small extent, then the watch dog may question us. Not to mention that another site where most of us first met had to be shutdown temporarily due to such. I dont know where have u been those days... That's only one end, and if our members or the readers of this forum fall victim to price fluctuations and make losses then they may never trust this forum..

See.. If I want to up a share like COMD, I can easily bring up some financials and background info of the company and say it has many prospects and its worth 80. Then knowing my reputation in this forum our members may start buying and bring COMD to 75+.
What I've done? Inadvertently or not I helped in speculation..

That's why we're against giving directions and price targets without factual evidence. It occurred to me that it wont be too hard for a person in ur caliber to display some of your knowledge for others to understand what made u think so if ur experienced and knowledgeable. Most ppl, as I mentioned in above reply too, just say "market may crash... time to sell" or "market goes up, hurr up and buy" kinda post.. Where are u in this? Did u make a difference in ur post in contrast to what I hinted above?

For example, your can quote a chart and show directions, u can bring price patterns and hint something but just saying something becuz u think so is somewhat questionable, aint it? Besides anyone can say anything if so and this place is gonna be the place that brokers visit first to get directions Twisted Evil Twisted Evil
Even charts go wrong sometimes, that's why I point the price directions on 'what if' basis..

I mostly analysed shares in 2010-2012 period and shared with the forum members. Didnt analyse much in 2013 but moreover used charts for trading.
I've mostly been a trader for the past 2 years. (By last two years I think u mean from 2011 but I had shares bought from 2010 too.) Here's a snapshot of my profile as I remembered it.. There are some more but feel this is enuf.

BFL - bought around 128 avg (2010) and sold around 450 avg (2011)
PCH - bought around 12 avg  (2010) and sold one lot around 16 (2011) then another lot bought at 18-20  (2011) and sold before 27 (2011).
CONN - Bought around 106 (2011), sold around 106 or a 102 after XD with 6 rupee dividend(2011)

DIMO - Bought around 1000-1300 (2011), sold around 1200-1400 (2011)
GREG.W2 - Bought around 24.50  (2011), sold around 25 (2011)
KGAL - Bought around 120-150 (2010), sold around 150-180 (2011), Bought around 180 (2011), sold around 160 (2011)

CSD - Bought around 10-12 (2011), sold around 16-18 (2011)
GHLL - Bought around 12-14 (2012), sold around 16 (2012)
COCR - Bought around 14-15 (2013), sold around 17-18 (2013)
CLPL.W14 - Bought around 2-2.50 (2013), sold around 4-4.10 (2013)
    Bought around 4.50-5 (2013), sold around 4-4.50 (2013)
CFVF - Bought around 10-12 (2013), sold around 16 (2013)
CITW - Bought around 5-5.5 (2013), sold around 6.0- 6.20 (2013)

I also trade REEF.W19 time to time and invest on it too. I not only control 1 profile but about 5 different profiles and rotate shares as necessary.
