Hi hariesha, just wondering on the 40 % return calculation. for that to be true, warrants should trade at Rs 60 when JKH as you say falls to Rs 205. is this correct ?

you could still end up with some additional rights as it is highly improbable that each and every shareholder has subscribed to their entire allocation, although issue was substantially oversubscribed.
When considering the other warrant in CSE, I think JKH warrants is worth above Rs.60/- when the share is @ Rs.205/- level.

Need to rotate some share I have to buy some in the future.  Will have to wait for an opportunity though.  Current price is too high with rights at Rs 175 though.

Let me guess a one ALLI? Cool  it will Definitely run with time.

sorry SLStock, i guess the fall session with the rights announcement was the correct time to enter. I guessed and posted it within my gut feeling, but even i couldn't get much due to financial limitations. i remember most people were play backward and expected JKH to fall down to 160's. it's too early to predict but current facts proving JKH hold the 200+ ground. I may be wrong.

But there should be second and repeated chances with rights conversion. it may be not huge price variation in few days. expecting some price variation within 3 months period.  I also applied for additional but very limited chance to get any.

Well, i am out of the game. JKH is too high for me. Unless it comes to my price somewhere close to 180.00 no interest despite whatever happened in the market. I trust it will come back when dust settles... History says so. Lets wait & see

Overall market, i sense some uptrend though there is no clear case for sustaining

Hi, It traded above the price we all expected. Return exceeded 40%. I think JKH may create the next rally with the passing of casino bill towards end of the year.

Market thought it's worth more. Only a fraction of the warrants issued were traded today. Around 2% of the total issued, including re-cycled trades. What is the thinking of the guy's who are holding the balance 98%? Are they expecting JKH to break 300 again?

What ever the case JKH instruments will give immense trading opportunities to the market.

Direct question to those who worry about JKH behavior at present ? Is it that terrible?

a)
After announcing of rights ( at Rs 175) it went to Rs 205 and traded upto Rs 220.
After XR it went to Rs 225.
With rights at Rs 175 coming to market it dips Rs 207-9. ( Also 2 free warrants attached for 3 rights subscribed) .

b) Say some one bought 3 rights at Rs 65.
Total cost = Rs 65x3 + Rs 175x3 = Rs 720

But value at now = Rs 205*3 + Rs 62.5x2 ( warrants) = Rs 740

Unless someone is trading/buying at wrong time, is this terrible?
