People have not paid money to have these warrants.
Now, the warrants are being sold at a certain  price.
As I understand , whatever the income is a profit.

What's the loss ? ( pardon me for my ignorance !)

Why not?Big loss today, primary share holders haven't face to loss,But when the price is continuously down,Secondary buyers face to loss.

When some one buy that warrants @ Rs70,when market continuously down,he can't earn profit, because now price is about Rs58,When he sold that price,he face to loss.(i mention about short term or midterm investors,Not only long term investors,In the long term it may pass the Rs 70)

The ref prices for warrants stay above 71, so buying W22 at 63 now may still worth. But may lose an opportunity if this goes back to 55s..
It showed an intraday buy at 61.50 then a sell at 62.50 after reaching 63.90 Wink
about 1.50 gain for a trade, I'd say.. ;)but then suddenly when it reached 62.40 in a few mins i saw it reachin 64.50.. Twisted Evil but again back to 62.40.

However, the real value of JKH warrants is yet to be assessed when JKH is at 210. If you buy on the assumption that JKH may fly to 300 in next month, buying warrants is no doubt make sense.. But if JKH goes to 175, warrants have the tendency to go down too..

Thanks for the clarification. ( I, totally missed the point......about secondary buyers )

However, I am wondering , why the secondary buyers are selling at a loss  ?
What ever the term (short / medium /long ) of investment ,a person buys with a certain strategy in mind.  Why is he selling at a loss within few minutes /hours ?

Probably, lot of  primary share holders are trying to  sell , even at 58 /-, still a profit for them, causing the price going down. Secondary buyer  will stick to his strategy and earn  a profit, may be some time later.

keeper, actually JKH,COMB or these JKH warrants, are not for day trading. it's a kind of see analyze and decide type of game. That is what i feel.

Yes.But warrants have a risk than ordinary shares,What happen to other warrants in the market,So when price continuously down ,(like price down Rs10),many traders don't like to holding,Specially warrants,JKH price will coming down when warrants convert to shares,

you have a logic.

But I think JKH will lead the market in 2013. So their might be good chance to people who think and collect during the period. I don't say 60 is a fair good price. it may be fallen to 50's or 40's even, but it might given wait and play traders some sort of chance in future.

JKH played well with thier rights and warrants, they made the history back. But we cant expect it form every other rights/warrants in future. Wink

You could trade warrants very well.. Its up to you to decide whether you go for share conversion if u decide to hold.

Today I was watchin W22 and it gave several buy indications.

I bought at 62.60 and sold at 67. Just one such opportunity.. No real money involved.

But as I said earlier, if JKH goes to 300, buying at 80s would even make sense. For JKH to come down after a warrant conversion, there's plenty of time know? SO why worry?
