Have you got rights from LDEV. Do they send us a letter? I havent received yet. If anyone got the letter pls let me know.

According to the Company announcement they must start sending Provissional letters of rights allotment on 29th April. We will receive them between 2nd-4th may I beleive.

After receiving the letter what shall we need to do...

I am planning to sell the rights on the market. To do that do we need to fill any form and send back to them?
I guess not if yes there will not be enough time since the rights trading commence on 5th May.

When the rights will be deposited to CDS account?

You will receive the form with thew letter.If you want to sell rights, Once you received trhat letter with forms you should contact your broker and he/she will advice you how to fill the form etc.and you will have to hand over that form to the broker. then broker will take necessary action and right will be shown in your p.f. NOW YOU CAN SELL ONLINE.

There was confussion about XR date. Some said we have to keep the N shares even on 25th April others said, we get rights even we sold them on 25th. Anyway I sold them on 26th.

If someone sold them on XR date(25th) and got rights, please let us know.

I asked from my broker on 25th and he said no problem...

Well I sold on XR date early in the morning around 9.40 for a good price.. and I got the letter for rights;)

Guys ... even brokers do mistakes sometimes.. so believe on the word "XR" it means Excluding Rights.. So seller gets the rights where as buyer wont.. thats' why a price adjustment also there Wink
