All is correct what I state, I have paid funds to Aspic via Australian lawyers trust account for the purchase of CIFL and Jana you can take your funds out of australia to Invest without any issues as I have done in the past .



Yes I run a Construction Company and have done for decades with no creditors chasing myself for funds.

I again state I am willingly to speak via this forum to deepthi perera with your attendance to comments made.

why you you wanna speak deepthi perera through forum?? Does this forum is going to recover your money, if u do so? Does it make any sense? Better u approach right people and talk with Deepthi through his phone and reply his email.. Showing Deepthi's colour wouldn't change anything in ur life...As Sri Lanakns we perfectly know what deepthi did and what his heart colur at the moment is..

Why u so reluctant to send those documents to slstock and Small for verification purpose? What factors preventing u to do so? They are respectable people in the forum in my opinion since I know them here over two years...

And as for the information u forwarded to forum, did u send it to myself and SLS or just sent to the forum general mail? If so, the request was precise and concise which would be understood by a 5 year old.

Wayne, whatever u r doing is wrong mate. Any attempt u do in this forum wouldn't make any change..Deepthi is always deepthi and he is very good talk-active. Better you push your solicitors and work with them..Fighting with Deepthi with intrusion on the forum would make bad impression about u..

Wayne, we want to further advice you to stop commenting on ur investment as this thread proceed. If u have anything to say u can do so but as it comes out, forum members don’t need to know ur personal stuff. And it can also complicate things.

Best you can do is to seek assistance from your lawyers and get this thing sorted out in a proper manner. You may have to come down here in person and may need to meet certain ppl in power too if you want quick results. The whole point of u being there and think that everything will be sorted out is gonna work. U've already done that for 9 years I guess.

In the meantime, forward us the evidence and we'll see whether the threads with regards to CIFL should be continued or not.

Don't be silly ya.. Just send them through.. If u fail to do so we would be biased towards Deepthi in our mind and you will loose all of us sympathy.. I remember, I am the first one who supported u when u initially open up a threat regarding CIFL. I also remember SLstock asked u about the details at initial. I thought u have already send them through. Just now I realised u were not verified..I surprised why they were so lenient to block you since they used to do before..Deepthi was verified even he sent sum details to my PM which I can justify that he is areal Deepthi..I am afraid that u r not real and all the informations u provided here about Deepthi is malafide...

I initially asked him in Sept. So I knew from saying 2 month ago that Wayne is not all what he is showing.

Am wondering what benefit it did to anyone , this forum, ( spceially us) getting involved in this Deepthi Vs Wayne saga.

Except for the soap opera material Backstage mentioned with some new stories coming out little by little , has this whole thing benefitted Deepthi, Wayne, you , me and the forum. I guess forum owner wanted traffic and they got it.

But my ethics for the best interest of the forum over my patience is waring out rapidly

I request you to do all you can to reduce the damage cause by you to the poor investors who trusted your management and put their life savings. You are still richer than many of them by far. It is duty to the country to clean this mess you created with CIFL. Money earn using bad method won;t last .

I had very brief chat with Deepthi when he came to forum..I requested what u requested now. He said he is helping few of them.. And showed one facebook page (beautiful mind) which is later shared here by Shirani..
It seems true he is helping or helped poor. It also true that he is not backed by genuine heard. He protect his money first then only think about the rest.. That is human nature, even every1 of us might do same thing when issues arise.


But Deepthi's record shows that he is inherited with sum bad habits. Most failure of his startup indicates that he didn't value other people money..

Hope he will read this and accept this. One day, after may be becoming rich he could at least take care of few people that they were affected by him/ his actions. I know many stories about CIFL and the people those who put entire savings..

Since Deepthi is descendant of poor family he could understand other people feeling.....

(One day in 1950s few people made mistake it blasted like riots then again 1983, finally one part took arm, they died, we died, foreigners made money. we became poor- actually we could be much better than singapore today, but we are not since we gave priority to our human basic emotions)

To safeguard his privacy , I will not share his PM or its other contents/explanations.

But I extract and share the below of what he told me . This is ultimately what matter now ....

"I am doing my best to find an investors and support them to put the company back on track, I talk to few at the association as well, I will not sitop my efforts to take it back to save the depositors, but my options also very limited and hands are tight. But I will not stop my efforts. Thanks."
