JB Cocoshell exits eChanneling; Trading Partners up stake to 26%

JB Cocoshell Ltd., has exited eChanneling Plc yesterday by selling its 18% stake for Rs. 221 million.

The holding amounting to 22.1 million was done at Rs. 10 each.

The buyer was Trading Partners Ltd., which now holds over 26% stake. Previously it held 8% stake.

Meanwhile eChanelling Chairman and CEO Ruwan Silva upped his stake in PC House to over 10% following the acquisition of 1 million shares (0.3% stake) on Wednesday.
