I know that the performance of the power sector is the big question,hence the poor results last year..but this can't be the reason for dip because this was known in 2012 itself. The correction can't be taking this long to happen.
Looking at fundamentals, hotels and travels seem to be doing good compared to other players, investments in CINEC and pursuing overseas port management like in Fji also seem strategic and have the potential to bring good returns. The new printing facility is also in operation. So there seems to be growth.
SPEN has also advertised a new venture for "retirement community"...any thoughts on this? Also on the RIU hotel project? seems to be new business models altogether.
My only worry is the vulnerability in power sector. Hemas has the same issue.
Insights will be appreciated...want to make use of the opportunity if sentiment is good on longterm growth
