Many investors have fallen in to this huge racket done by well organised party .
Thousands of Sri Lankans, many working abroad have paid millions to this company and now it is reviled that the deeds they gave for the lands are fake and have no value. Actually they have sold crown lands and same land to may buyers. This could be the biggest land racket in the country.
For about two years, they have vanished from their Colombo office and no one is answering to telephone.
People have made many complains to the police and the CID found main culprit , CEO of this company, one Saman Rathnayaka, has left the country as per the records in immigration.
But now , a local TV channel has found the person is living in disguise in Puttalam and still continuing his racket. As per the video broadcast today , the person is staying in the area with a team of private bodyguards - thugs.
