They gave 1  share for 3 existing shares free of charge for both voting and non voting.

This was done on conclusion of the rights issue they had last month. (In addition to the rights issue)


I think you saw a mis-match in dates given, allocation done on 20th and XC is 23rd which is looking unrealistic.

Actually they allocated new shares on 20th and thereafter it is XC. 21 and 22 is weekend. 23rd is next working day.

Please note instead of 80,000,000 Voting shares offered for Capitalization of Reserves, only 70,000,000 were indexed on 23/12/2013. This happened due to the partial subscription of voting rights (50%).

XC කියන්නෙ බෝනස් එකෙන් පස්සෙ.
XC ට කලින් ගත්තොත් බෝනස් ශෙයා එකත් නොමිලෙ හම්බ වෙනව​. XC උනා කියන්නෙ බෝනස් දීල ඉවරයි. Ex Capitalization or Ex-script issue

XD වගේ තමයි.
ex-dividend .

XC date යනු බොනස් දෙන අන්තිම දවසට පස්සෙ දවස.
