The reasons are.
1. GREG holding CLPL.N 91%.. So they can push up easy....and If you ask the question then what they can get benefit from this push up... answer is they can show their NAV as good in their reports then in the future they can push up their own shares and sell the warrants in the market ... ( already W2 is failed to execution .. may be they will attempted to fail W3 as well and may be they can success W6 only)
2. CLPL also has two type of warrants W13 and w14 .. execution date for W13 is august 2014 so before that they need to push up and sell their warrants in the market.
3. if they do like these then CLPL automatically release from SEC's minimum holding rules. otherwise CLPL also need to do something else.
