Actually not need manipulation for CIFL, this share price is already bottom level due to poor management and lake of performance, but it has some value, that value is not 1ruppe it should be above 1.5. My suggestion, it will reach Rs2.1 within one year. Because Central bank will be involve recently.

it doesnt want 1year period,,just only few days...we saw it 2012 september....something going on,cz sometimes i saw very huge quantities,,but suddenly disappeared.....so pray for a good news from court case,,,its coming soon...

I am not going to recommender CIFL as fundamental share it is very risk share. But more risk is more gain.
I highly recommend LIOC is best fundamental share now a days.
