now a days most Warrants Failure to execute.. !!??
another one GREG.W3 will follow to CSF.W...
If they haven't  enough Guts then why they issue these kind of warrants and how SEC allow to do these??

and if they cannot execute their announced price level then why they cannot reduce the execution price level?? is it not allowed or company doesn't like it ???

**I made huge lost with CSF.W ... now again I will loose some thing with GREG.W3
anyhow Still I hold some GREG.W6 and CLPL.W13 as well ..hopefully I will recover something with these..

GREG.W6 :-  I believe GREG.W6 will be executed on time the only reason they failure to execute all other warrants may be they thought if the execute  W2 and W3 then more shares in the market then they cannot push up... now still GREG.N Qty doesn't change it so they can easily push up when the market move(now market trend is good) and they have enough time (up to 2015) and at least they need to do some thing for the warrants (at least one warrants need to execute)

CLPL.W13 also Big doubt full... if they follow the GREG style then W14 is good ...I don't know...

Note : mostly I believe I can make some money from warrants.. But totally fail.. ( i bought some JKH.W22 @ 69/= and sell @ 84/=  this is only I made fro Warrants but I don't want to touch again ~JHK.W)

Don't try to point out something badly... even most of them failure in stocks as well..so many example... they also talking about that in the forum ...But I mentioned it when I take loss as well.. then you guys putting me down.. Sad  Sad  Crying or Very sad  Crying or Very sad

Jana don't take as a personal.

I can understand your situation.

At that time when most of the Warrant were priced all of us were in bull mania and thought the price of shares will go through the roof. May be SEC also thought in the same way.

BTW, Recently one my partner had a chat with the future big shot in SEC, he mentioned not only retailors are suffering lose with millions but also some of the big named HNWIs are also suffering with Billions. Plus he also anticipating Bull run in 2014 but not steeply as most of our forum members expecting. (Cycles by cycles)

I got your point Redbull.. thanks.. I Din't get upset.. I know about you.. you always point out every one mistakes and you will appreciate when they are right.. So I understand your comments..

But I know it is high risk when I invest my money in Warrants.. But I take High risk to make high profit if it is turn other way ..unfortunately it didn't..

Jana,  I have told this so many times but you always like to go with high risk.   So it is you who make your own destiny.

Atleast for your sake spread the risk between fundamentals ( that doesnt go up hugely or fall down massively) and high risk shares.

Else one fine day you will suffer losses that you cannot bear or recover.   Yes luck is on your side but you keep playing your luck too much.

The bear attack hurt me also ( as I am Not an expert on selling at the right time),  but being constantly here for the whole bad period proves I can withstand stress and have the ability to recover.  Part secret to that is  not playing too much with Specs.

High risk , high gain but maybe  high losses also.

I previously told you what kind of warrants are safer.  I don;t know why you play with GREG.W3. I hope there is one last push with W3. If it happens sell and get out without being greedy.  It if happens it well might be your last chance.

I too would like to get an opinion about the warrant exercise price.
Are there any restrictions to adjust the exercise price according to the current market price of the main share? I wonder why at least they do not extend the date at least to take time to see whether there is any improvement in the market.
I had some Greg warrants and sold at a big loss. Now I have some JKH warrants out of which already realized a profit as well as have a portfolio profit too. Hope to keep them little more time.

Yes Slstock! I know you always mention it.. any how I am bit happy , this (GREG.W3 ) loss not like that CSF.W... and still hope with GREG.W6,..(not sure.. I don't want to buy) But I already make up my mind I lost everything which is I invest in Warrants.. Thats why now I don't care about it .. and forget it .. If I hav luck then if they go up then I will sell those .. (anyhow I will sell any price for GREG.W3 end of Jan) ... I console my mind with some profit with some other stock.. So bit happy Very Happy  Very Happy

This is not related to the topic. But my warrent experience.

Few months/years ago I bought GREG.W2 as broker recommendation. For that account broker was D-H. After few weeks/months I felt it's going to hell. When I asked my intelligent advisor said "wait & see". All of you know what happened to GREG.w2.

That was the last advice I got my all advisors & I start to read & learn. Honestly now I'm doing well.

Very good advice. We should be responsible for our money.

Jana,

I am bit surprised how you still survive in this nasty counters so long. I though u would have wiped out since ur selections are too much of warrants...

Change ur strategy mate... I never heard sum1 could survive without plan...

I rarely expose to few manipulative counters but I never lost money, sumtimes only brokerage lost.. Few times I played with TWOD, CSF and Greg warannts but most of them I made profit and they were within a week period...

What makes u prevent from investing in fundamentally strong counters???

Hi Jana1!

I also made good profit with some manipulative counters and I made some more money with crap illiquid stock (Eg. RGEM,BINN,SIL,SINI.ASHA.ASPH.ALUF..PHAR..NEH..ALLI) in 2011
but never chase the GREG or DPL at highest price level... FINALLY I thought this is the bottom level when the market is crash.. but its wrong.. at least I am fine.. you know some people bought GREG.W more than 15/= 17/= level still they keep with lot of hope..I also trust because Taprobane Holdings Ltd. bought lot of warrants as well more than 5/= level...

any how this is good learning to future investment. and overall I made gain... not loss compare with which is i invest in CSE...!!! ( gain better than FD rate)

PAIN of lost!
FEELING of lost!

They could be considered ..... no matter how it happened...... as a lesson and experience...... but surely no more a few times...!!!

I also have that feeling......
but as I understood.... brokers or agents or advisers.....
what they are saying is... what their bosses are saying to them...
What their bosses are saying is what their bosses' BOSSES are saying....!!!

So ultimate if you don't do reasonable HOME WORK and CALCULATED RISK..... at least even after a few losses....

Life in CSE is shorter...!!!

But there are opportunities at least three to four times per year.....

If you select and follow few appropriate counters... wait n pick n exit.... with patient and not much greedy.....
You will have little opportunity lose... but bit more opportunity lose the full profit.... however you will feel n enjoy the taste of win.. stay with this CSE as a WAITER....!!! Smile

GL!
