Guys now cabral have given you the opportunity to be millionaires in near term if the market condition go in good way and if we dont get any sanctions in march hopefully. Smile

The opportunity is to find possible mergers in banking sector. More returns on the cards for small size finance companies. I mean when the merger is done, you will get a share from the big company.

As an example- 1 LOLC share 2 LOFC shares, 1 LOLC shares for 2 CLC shares

just add answers. Smile

In a merger what company will benefit the most?? I mean the bigger company or the small company??

Yes, it can happen the same way PLC did to SMLL.

However, your example of 1 LOLC to 2 LOFC oh my god haha. ( 1 Rs 75 share for 2 Rs 3.5 shares that would be fantastic)

They probably will use a formula for merged company shares based on NAV and earnings.

Actually LOLC situation is tricky. LOLC as a whole is not financial company any more though it was listed in the category. It is like a holding company.

So technically , LOLC does not have to merger with CLC and LOFC.

CLC can merge with LOFC.

Meaning, LOLC share mayb not involved. Just a thought.

I will categorize this way. Under value and Over Value shares.
if two company merge. then Under value Share can go up. bcz formula should base on NAPS, EPS, and strong.
Strong :- Ex JKH Over value share but strong company.

strong shares normally over value bcz of demand(please forget about game shares(Gilmarts))

Please apply this into finance sector.
