after many years of play.
i think we are witnessing a genuine run of sold well performing company shares,
which is a very good sign for long lasting 6000+ ASI

I agree. This may continue for some time (there will be periods of profit taking but people shouldnt panic - in any market, that happens). Buy now and hold till at least 6500 levels. Buy only fundamentally strong shares!

It's 6200+ now. Will the market turn now or go up?

If you go for shares with small value will benefit a lot. Since there is no point of waiting. All the talk about 'long term' is not valid here. Better to make profit and exit when time comes.

If any of you know of shares that are ready for bull run, please post.

So you are short term trader right ? (not an investor to hold shares for long) It is okay to pick the method that best suits you. You state that small value share will benefit a lot. Since you know, there is no question for us to answer.
Then wait for the right time on small value share to get in and then figure out your exit .

If whole market keeps up the momentum all share will move .

Thank slstock. I had some lot of CFLB, bought for 40+, but had to exit @around 35. JKH, for 196, and had to exit at 186. If I kept them for longer, what would be the result? You have to wait for  bull run to get the benefit. A normal FD would have given a good income (rate on those days were around 18,19%). So here the best option is to buy when a run comes and sell with a profit. If you have a huge amount of shares with billions of rupees this rule may not apply. But for retail players, I think this is the right way.

I see what you are saying. Yes, trading was a good way to survive during bear markets if one does not have holding power.
We all have bad memories of the bear and we are still very worried to hold. During bear if a share goes up ( 95% shares) it will always come back to previous price. So trading was okay.

But if/when the bull continues, ask yourself this : will you be able to buy back the same share below the price you sold?
In any case I think you will not be able to buy JKH at Rs 186 again ( unless there is split)

There is big difference between bear vs bull.

The question is this run fake and will the shares price now be reapeted in 2 months time? Can sell and buy back later at same price? If you read my previous post you will get my ideas and factors on it .

No one can predict market 100% . But we can make educated guesses and calculations . There is a risk to take if you hold or even if you sell. The risk depends on you. I am more of an investor holder. Somehow I survived the bear. Hope you see what I mean.
