Well whether it is State morgage or not , someone needs to buy TFC ( and many other companies in Fin sector) but question is how much will they evaluate the share price at for a - (negative) 45 NAV company with serious financial issues.

There asset's are quite significant and the with the branch network they have I think they will probably strike a good deal. Probably that's why a lot of collections went on over the past 3 weeks.

So are the liabilities. But the large branch network is a positive.
