Hey Jake, nice to see you here.. I actually wanted to see bullrun and jana in to this thread.
Im not sure If they have get rid form SEMB early. I think mark also has some portion.. couldn't rem names but most was involved..

I also wiped out 66%of N and 50% of X.

I could remember we have time to time discussions on SEMB. 2013 begging my view was hold patiently, collect small quantities and realized return within couple of years. But un unexpectedly SEMB N was driven crazy and I have decided to sell them from 50% to 70% profit margins. Unfortunately X was not proceed over 50% as i couldn't reach it when it was down to .30 Sad

Now the uncertainty is there... Im in double mind whether transfer funds to another long term "under value" gem or re-fund SEMB if it hit down to considerable level.

Appreciate if SLS could guide / explain his view here as he was mostly helped during last last year on these discussions.

I quit 50% of my holding at Rs 1.5 last time. There was considerable buying/selling at Rs 1.7.
Dr S also bought at Rs 1.5 ( he bought higher before) . Not sure who bought at Rs 1.7 . Would like to know.

Average after warrant conversion price of N in 2011 would have been about Rs 1.8 -1.9. So if player get in there is more to play.

Right now it is speculative play so am keeping 50% to look at the momentum and direction. If I find anything funny in trading pattern I will sell.

Also note my comment below on X . I would be less comfortable to hold X. I think I have given more than enough info for free haha.

Post by slstock on Fri Jan 24, 2014 12:53 pm

Right issue in 2010 : Rs 0.8 for N , 0.6 for X
Warrants in 2011 : 1 for N , 0.8 for X

But don;t follow this gap. There was massive amount of new X shares added to the market due to the right issue.
They issued 23 shares for very 5 shares held at Rs 0.6. Meaning X shares 4 timed at Rs 0.6

N was more decent 6 shares for 7 held.

We now see the effect of such moves and why X is keeping a larger gap.

hi kalum, i was a early looser due to less patience, i got into semb n at 1rs and following day sold at 1.20 and at the same day bought semb x at 0.50 from the sale proceedings.

my bad luck i sold all at 0.50 just before it clear 0.60 Sad I thought semb n would stuck around 1.30-1.50. But it cleared 1.70 and that the moment trigger market to push semb x.

finally it was a loss of massive potential profit Sad Sad

These prices of some banking sector shares are very much overvalued now.

SEMB.N specially and SEMB.X too given very good profit or lost recovery option many of the forumer... that's happy to hear... Smile

According to SLSTOCK... there may be some more opportunity from SEMB.X if the gap between N and X to be maintained at least by double (40 cents).... compared two previous occasions (20 cents)..

So.... we may see some drama from SEMB.X within next couple of weeks.......???????????  scratch  scratch  scratch  scratch  scratch  scratch  scratch

Thanks guys,

Thanks SLS. Smile Now it make sense. I was too stupid not to understand logic behind N and X gap.
btw, i still think it is worth
1. hold the rest
or
2. offload about 25% more and keep the rest as reserves to future.

And thanks for sharing some hints. Smile i was suppose to offload X than N, but i did the other way...
However the current situation is interesting.

Mark, oh bro you should have been patient with this share. That is something we've been discussed over a year. we were discussing about 100% gain at that time. due to unexpected rally i also get confused but manage to realize profit at satisfactory margin. I think i am dealing some of these CSE shares with high patience. patience which is more than dealing with my wife Wink you know how!

KDDND pls be cautious. As SLS highlighted there are reasons. But share prices tend to decide by some of forces. who knows if some unexpected force drive the X with few dozens of millions.. That rally may start. If you have SEMB this will be a good time to study and take a risk base decision keep or sell Smile

some one pls share who brought the SEMB.N above 1.50 (i.e.) 1.6-1.8 Smile
