What are the unlisted finance companies which should get listed before stipulated time period?
I got only one good company-"MELSTA REGAL FINANCE COPANY".
 
They started with Initial Capital of Rs 500 Mn backed by Sri lanka's  one of the most highly rated divesified company,Distillaries company of Sri Lanka .I have seen some of their branches in other towns in addition to main colombo.
Has any body done a study on this , please share it.

The company quoted in CSE only for the reason of their listed Debentures. So far they didn't listed their shares. No ISIN  number allocated same as DFCC Vardhana Bank.

According to the last budget proposals companies which are going to be listed in CSE will get a tax holiday for 3 Years.
So to be with the regulatary compliance and benifit from Tax conessions , these unlisted finance companies are on the positive teritory.
Among that Melasta Regal Finance will emerge as giant in the indusrty in the years to come.
Due to the strong backing of DCSL and monies which will be generated through potential IPO will strengthen Financial Ratios oF company.
Possible take over of one or more listed or unlisted finance company due to the encouragement of CBSL.
Excellent Management team headed by Mr Amitha Gunarathna (Former CEO Of Commrcial Bank).
Recently Expanding pattern of the company
Some investments done in stock market under Meslta Regal .
