recently i get to know other mafia of NDB, this time AVIVA NDB.
NDB is very famous for changing account numbers rapidly. According to them these are "system updates". or migrations.
there are number of occasions, they made illegal benefits out from these so call upgrades.
one example is recent policy number upgrade. I get to know one of the fellow i know get in to the trouble with this. he's method of pay through standing orders. bank continuously paid to AVIVA. but some how AVIVA side they get records misplaced and track payments short of the customer. By this way they always showing customer is falling couple of months from the current installment. Most importantly, AVIVA didnt refer to the customer when time they lost records but customer just realize this when he got recent policy change. It is pathetic situation. I didnt sure whether customer was able to resolved his dispute yet.
Now think about customer point of view how unfair it is? From the records he is reflecting like "polu karaya". in foreign countries these kind of "polu" means a huge black mark. even in the SL im not sure of those areas tracked or not. it is a huge black mark to customer. AVIVA should take a proper appology in this scenario but as usual they dont do it.
This is just a one other example. I got few this like incidents with NDB. Thta's why it is not a reputed Bank in SL though it has reported good results.
If you are investing or have any insure with NDB or AVIVA make sure to check your records constantly though it is a headache. I know it is the case if you have been involved with a reputed entity.
