player,  your information correct what will happen next ? another romur SFL.P going to become normal voting shareS SFL.N

Next is im waiting until they make a mandatory offer since im holding heavy lot and couldnt be sell at floor easily, but will sell at market if they put the buying orders.
Rumor about SFL P is looks not much clear since they didnt bought 30% yet, will wait for that.

What do you think about CIFL? why didn't BLI buy more than 25%?

where to buy from?

What do u mean?

I dont have idea about CIFL, but i remember i got in at 0.70 and sold at 1.50, didnt entered afterward due to high risk of it. They are trying to evade the mandatory offer, but i presume and know that their nominee account holds over 30% as now even. Btw i sold some today since there was buying, so will sell my remaining at 250 or over.

What im buying is SDB, anything below 110 is my collection.

Anyone knows how to value SFL.P vs SFL.N?

SFL.N is 250
SFL.P what should be the value?

how can they evade from making the mandatory offer? they will eventually have to try and buy more shares to gain control, isn't it? since CBSL is involved, they wouldn't allow such behavior, isn't it?

They can make the mandatory offer, but who would sell? Actually who have the shares to sell? All retailers already sold their qtys and vanished. But there could be a mandatory offer to get enough control for board representation.

Im on the exit since yesterday. So this is my last post on this thread.

GL all.

BLI bought this SFL at 275/= now trading close to 180/= . after sub division they may push normally SFL to 25/= too 30/= range again
so then that time SFL.P automatically go up to 10/= it means 100/= now

SFL.P only 670 765 shares issued by the company , easily go up to 100/=
SFL.P no risk because even company profit or not you will get some dividend . that is preference shares

hello all, They in the process of buy another chunk at 32-35Rs after split. You will see some fake selling in coming days which tries to reduce the price and lure the owner to sell off.

buy and hold, you could gain a better price.

cheers

It is said that BLI have sold some of its shares to a foreign party and negotiating to buy another block from main guy at 30Rs per share until gain over 50%,  and also to exchange 2 for 1 SFL P for SFL N.

Valuing sfl.p at 50% is too cheap ne? Shouldn't sfl.p be close to 80% of sfl.n? No voting rights, but have normal divided+extra dividend ne?

Do not spread false information. Finance companies have to be "Plc" always as per Central bank requlations. They can merge with another finance companies but none of the Finance companies delist from CSE.
