What are the Finance Companies that trade below NAV?

I am sure, anybody could look at the balance sheets of the listed finance companies to check their Net Asset Value (BV). If it is trading around this price we may say it is cheap. But one need to look at the market trend before getting into these stocks. Finance Company shares are high risk but high return. I am not surprised if Central Bank says that they would combine all these mushroom finance companies and make one large finance company.

Can we start listing the NAV and Share Price of Finance companies to determine what are the best bargains in the market?
