De list companies making good percentage of profit, So Keep on eye in Delist Companies.

I list here most of the possible delist companies with their NAV value , and I assume if they pay at_least NAV value to the shareholder then how much you Gain you will get it?

And I couldn't say how they pay which is under NAV.. At least they need to pay Trading price but no Gain

So target which is under valued stock in possible de list companies

MAL.X0000 Public share holding is 18.8%
but MAL.N0000 is around 32%
in that case is that possible to delist this company.

I would go for CDIC (NDB Capital) and CTCE (AIA Insurance)
Because the majority owners may be obliged to buy these shares at the same General Offer and share Buy Back Price respectively.

it is not big deal if they like to de list then they will announce dividend date early as possible or they will pay dividend with offer price if we send the form within dividend period

CDIC good Choise But I don't think so you can't buy no seller in the market..

CTCE NAV value Compare with trading price very low

Sounds interesting:). It's high time to imitate George Soros Smile How can we collect the money from the delisted company? Does it involve any complicated, time-consuming procedures?

but you are assuming they will pay t least NAV. but in reality in my opinion they will consider the highest price in the last 12 months ..... someone can confirm.
that is why ASI and S&P20 are kept in RED.
No other reasons, once the companies are delisted in my opinion the Market will shoot up .... Very Happy

This situation may create all types of opportunities in the market. Sometimes SEC might give some times to these companies. Activities will improve.

Can somebody further explain, what kind of benefits that share holders can gain if they delist the particular company. for example i have bought MAL long time ago @ 4.90 so as per these it will revalue 9.7 per share. so how can we get that benefit??
