Ashok Pathirage's, SHL is finally showing Capital Gains in my portfolio. Falling interest rates are likely to benefit the highly leverage Softlogic Group and its shareholders now, unlike in the past in which it only benefited the lending banks. I am going to buy few companies that are highly leveraged but likely to benefit from this expected reduction in borrowing costs!!
