JKH may turn back soon.. may be this week start JKH turn back from 220/=
So W22 is good to buy than w23.
W22 lowest price 55/= but recently its lowest 58/= but some one try to push down so it s good to buy @60/= level..
W22 still 10/= cheaper than W23.. normally difference 5/=...

*** warrants already turn back to up trend again
** warrants can make money than JKH.N so buy warrants

As per Black Scholes Option pricing model:
When JKH.N is 230, W22 is 70.20 and W23 is 79.50.
When JKH.N is 235, W22 is 74.70 and W23 is 83.90.

This is the most accepted valuation method for Warrants. There will be 10/= difference between W22 and W23 which is reasonable. W22 is expiring in 2015 and W23 is expiring in 2016. Therefore, W23 is less riskier.

any way I am damn sure JKH.N will pass 250/= before end of this year so no risk for W22 as well... Very Happy

This can drag warrants also down, May be a BIG JKH deal would happen below 200Rs. or 210-205 Levels.

I doubt though JKH coming LOWER than 200 as it could be a mental barrier, but nothing can be guaranteed

Couldnt be that certain section wants the warrants to trade a tad lower than current prices, so that they can push it later on.
Anyhow JKH at CMP is trading at a premium and does not justify. so the correction is also welcome in my opinion.

So we are basically looking at a range of 192-210
