Also I think delisting of banks is not possible because as I know banks and finance companies must be listed as per regulations.am I correct?

the reason its also very very illiquid stock...
last trading price 496.40/= more than 100/= premium ..good gain
may be it happen to COMD as well
if they want to de list COMD then they will pay more than 120/=
