I think overall hotel sector is overvalued!! But City Hotels present another story. How about a comparison of city hotels. We got Galadari(GHL), Kingsbury (SERV), Taj Hotel (TAJ), Renuka Hotel (RENU) and finally the big two Hilton Hotel (HDEV) and asian Hotels (AHOT). Who can tell us that within next 12 months how much capital gain each hotel share could give us? Better give it with reasons for the benefit of all the members here.

Here is some info:

GHLL -

NAV - Rs17.15
EPS - 0.18cents as @31/03/14(1Q14)
PBV - 0.77
Public Holding - 12.57%

SERV -

NAV - Rs6.90
EPS - 0.20cents as @31/03/14(1Q14)
PBV - 2.21
Public Holding - 39.83%

Great ideas are welcome HERE.

GHLL public holding is only 12.57%

Ac coding new regulation they will have to increase public holding up to  20% i think

How this will effect  GHLL share price?

SERV

NAV is 6.90

very much below present market price
