I guess the oil prices will decline further because if US and EU wants to hurt russia, decrease in oil prices is the best way

Indi009, declining oil price is good for LIOC because their cost will come down and the profit margin increase.

when we are quoting the oil price we should use price for brent oil that is what asion region normally associates WTI uses in Europe and American region,good news is brent price is also coming down Friday it settle below 105 us$ lowest since april 2014 according to reuters,june quarter profit may be bit down comparing with 1.3bn profit they had in 2013 jun quarter but with the with the expectation of further crashing of oil price LIOC should have good 3rd quaeter and also with the series of breakdown in petroleum cooperation

today IOC the parent company of LIOC cut down the oil prices in india,but with the financial problem of petroleum cooperation in srilanka government would not tempt to cut down the prices in here unless presidential election come in next year,this will create massive profit margin for LIOC

according to the NDB reseach report 50% of LIOC profit came from bunkering service,they will currently have 8 billion rupees wiht them,close to 15 per share but they are not intend on paying dividened then they should go with the other prospect such as growth oriented way on the other hand hambanthota port perfoming well after establishing bunkering service,LIOC may eye on to Hambanthota port to set up bunkering facility,with the development of B Ashok who was a director of LIOC,now the chairn of the IOC and with the business friendly modis regime this is only just my view not a any news
