prices may down, but not 80.
Bcz,
- if they announce a higher dividends 7.00-12.50 coming next week as said as "Bud fox", it holds market from falling. ( around 10% dividend yield)
- around 77% of shares held by, RICH group, and individiual holding less 14%. If you check their announcements, RICH are continuously collecting kgal shares at low prices. when prices fells down then they collect.

Richard Peiris plantations are trading on high valuations now. If you already in, try to exit in the best opportunity.

For people who wants to enter, better to look at other solid opportunities.

- Namu shows the highest QoQ growth 114% in the industry,( next are bala & mask (RICH) while others are negative)
- Compare the PE ratio with the industry, study which're at fair values
- Who pays the highest dividends; Kgal & Namu (more than 13% & 11%), next are bala & mprh others are less than 5%

Whole plantaion sector, is depressed by especially,by EU crisis and competition. Rubber prices are weak and same as tea prices. We can study what're the solid companies in this depressed situation who can still hold their place.

KGAL profits and down 52% as mentioned by Harry82 and the stock will definitely drop as there are better companies to invest in. Furthermore, I dont think KGAL can give out a huge dividend like last years unless rubber prices start recovering. ELPL,MADU,TPL & HOPL are my buys but most have gone up now so invest carefully.
